Chiggy’s Indoor Skatepark Membership

Membership –
Your membership(s) will continue to auto renew until our staff are notified that you wish to cancel, see cancellation terms below.

Cancellation –
3 or 6 Month Memberships – By signing up to any of our 3 or 6 month memberships, you are agreeing to fulfil the complete 6 month membership duration and payments. We recommend this membership for committed skaters as we strictly require the term to be completed in full.

Flexible Membership – If you are on a flexible membership, you can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at skatepark@chiggysskateboarding.com.au or calling on 0499 757 476. Upon receipt of contact, we will initiate your 2 week cancellation period, meaning there will be 2 final weekly fees due. The member will continue to have access to the Indoor Skatepark until the end of your final billed term.

Pausing –
Flexible Membership – Flexible memberships are unable to be paused unless advised otherwise by our team.
3 or 6 month memberships can be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 4 weeks at the cost of $5/week.

Refunds –
Refunds are not permitted unless otherwise advised by the Chiggy’s Skateboarding staff.

General

Chiggy’s Skateboarding terms and conditions are the same for all children and parents as it allows our skate school to operate with ease.

Chiggy’s Skateboarding and Chiggy’s Skateboarding Indoor Skatepark have a strict zero tolerance to bullying and disrespect towards our facility, equipment, staff or spectators.

Chiggy’s Skateboarding and Chiggy’s Skateboarding Indoor Skate Park are two separate entities. Therefore make-up lessons cannot be transferred to indoor park sessions and vice versa.

Any credits for Chiggy’s Skateboarding are for private lessons, group programs, day tours, camps and events. Any credits for Chiggy’s Skateboarding Indoor Skate Park are for indoor park sessions only (not retail) and are not transferrable to Chiggy’s Skateboarding programs, lessons or events.

• By completing and paying for a booking, you are confirming that you are 100% satisfied with your booking. There will be strictly no booking changes, refunds or cancellations. We suggest triple checking your booking to ensure you have selected the right location, time, age group and skill level as this could potentially result in a loss at your expense.

Wet Weather Policies

• In the event of wet weather, all outdoor lessons will move to Chiggy’s Skateboarding Indoor Skatepark in Coolum.
• If the wet weather has been constant or the skate park remains wet, you can safely assume the lesson will be moved there without email/sms notification.
• If wet weather occurs last minute, you will be notified of class changes via SMS.

Private Lesson Policies

• It is important to ensure that children who are unwell, do not attend skateboarding lessons. This is so we can keep germs from spreading and ensure all participants and coaches remain safe and well as it is our number one priority.
• If your child is sick and unable to attend a lesson, please text Chiggy on 0412335865 with as much notice as possible before your scheduled skateboarding lesson (please include lesson day, location, time and participant full name).
• A make-up lessons will only be available if a coach is unable to deliver the lesson for any reason. The make-up lesson will be delivered at the coach’s discretion, at their earliest convenience.
• Please be aware, make up lessons will not be available for any other reason.
• Private Lesson cancellations within 24 hours of the booking incur a 50% charge.

Group Program Policies

• Cost is for a spot in a term-long program plus a Chiggy’s Skateboarding pack that includes 1x Chiggy’s Skateboarding tote bag, 1x Chiggy’s Skateboarding hat and a sticker pack that will be distributed by the coaches in approximately week 4 of Term 3. Please note, transfers and refunds are not available.
• If you are unable to make it to a lesson unfortunately a make-up lesson is not available. If for any reason a coach is unable to deliver a lesson, participants will be notified via email or SMS and opportunity to do make-up lesson in any of our classes that term will be offered. Please ensure the booking contact number is listed as the customer in order for the correct person to be notified of any lesson updates or changes (this is not the emergency contact person/s).
• Chiggy’s Skateboarding reserves the right at any time to cancel any program. Group Programs are subject to minimum numbers and may be cancelled. If we, the Chiggy’s Skateboarding staff cancel your program, either we can offer a credit for a future booking, move your booking to an alternate class, or provide a refund less a $25 administration fee.
• If you are unsure which program to book, please ensure you check the Group Programs page of our website for more information before processing your booking.
• All participants need a Chiggy’s Skateboarding Online Waiver and Indoor Skate Park Online Waiver form completed before program commencement. Please ensure you finalize submission of both forms by following the confirmation links sent via email.
